Hello lovely readers!
How are you? 🙂 I am spending my last days in the mountains before I head back to Zurich as I have a date with the dentist and my dear friend Stefanie at Razzia on monday (guess, which one I prefer… 😉 )! Stefanie was already my companion last week at Tibits and at Volkshaus so we thought we have to keep up with this tradition to discover great restaurants together 😀
Don’t know if you know the Blog The Glam and Glitter and actually I have no idea why this comes to my mind right now – but last week Tamara published an article called How to have an amazing life. I’m normally not a person who is attracted or impressed by such articles as I think that pretty often they all say the same without really saying anything… Or even worse, they state that diseases like depressions or the lack of willpower is just genetically – I doubt that anybody who doesn’t feel that good in such a moment will feel better after reading something like this. But Tamara, the owner and writer of The Glam and Glitter made me think about the things she wrote even days after I had read it. I think it was especially this one sentence that made me rethink her writing: „There are these little amazing things which you miss because you are to occupied not being happy with where you are and what you do“! The more I thought about it, the more I realized how often this is the case in my life, that I remember everything that didn’t turn out like I wished, that I blame myself so often for my failures instead of being happy about all the people, the work, the pleasures, the sport and much more that makes me happy everyday! I believe, like Tamara wrote, that there are so many great little things, which can have such a huge impact on your life if you actually realize them! How do you think about it?:)
Some words to the outfit – that’s one you can wear when you don’t care if people may think you are a little bit too extravagant! It’s certainly not an unremarkable outfit but I think now and then, that’s ok and exactly what I need haha!
